Are you looking for an enjoyable and varied part-time job in a beautiful setting in the dunes on the North Holland coast? Duincamping De Lepelaar is looking for enthusiastic staff to strengthen our front office team at weekends and during the school holidays.
The front office consists of reception and the adjoining catering area, where guests can collect coffee, fresh bread rolls and simple breakfast and lunch dishes or eat them on the spot. This is a seasonal position from 1 March to 1 October. Working only during the summer holidays is also possible.
What will you be doing?
- You are the first point of contact for our guests, at the desk and by phone and email.
- You process bookings in the reservation system.
- You carry out various administrative tasks.
- You give guests information about the park and the surrounding area.
- You sell catering products such as bread rolls, merchandise and souvenirs. Baking off and selling rolls in the morning is occasionally part of the job too.
- You sometimes help prepare and serve breakfasts.
- You make sure the front office always looks tidy and welcoming.
- Together with your colleagues you contribute to a pleasant, carefree stay for our guests.
- You handle complaints professionally and with a focus on solutions.
What are we looking for?
- At least 16 years old.
- At least vmbo-t/mavo level of thinking.
- Good communication skills.
- A good command of Dutch; English and German are an advantage.
- Welcoming, service-minded and calm under pressure.
- Basic computer and administrative skills.
- Available at weekends and during the school holidays, with no long summer holiday already booked.
- No experience needed: if you are enthusiastic, we will teach you everything you need to know.
